Pace: 23+ kms/hour

We will ride starting at the Westside King's Church. We'll head out Lower Springbank Road do a few few squares out to Springbank Arena then returns on 33,32 and Emerald Bay with a stop at the Golf Course returning back on 31 and Lower Springbank Will regroup at safe stopping points.

Be ready to launch @ 9:25 AM
