Pace: 24-28 km/hr

We will ride from Rocky Ridge YMCA (meet at the west side of the parking lot) through Church ranch, up Bearspaw road to TR262 then down into Cochrane staying off HWY 2A VIA a short bike path to Cochrane Coffee Traders for a break before riding back.
