Cum Elevation Gain: 200 meters uphill, but 565 m downhill!!

Meet at the Canmore Visitor Centre from where we will shuttle to the Goat Creek Parking Lot trailhead. We will ride the Goat Creek trail to Banff for 21 kms, have lunch in Banff, and come back on the Legacy Trail to the Canmore Visitor Centre.

The ride has roots and rocky sections, a few climbs, and lots of downhill.

Must have a well maintained mountain bike, spare tube and helmet.

No beginners please as the pace will be steady.
