Ride and Pizza Social

•  RIDE AND PIZZA SOCIAL Attempt #2

  Peter Thurston will be bringing 2 things to the social:

• -          Samples of EVCC club wear – jerseys, etc so that people can see what they look like and judge the sizing
•     A tool to make name tags for members who do not have one

If you already own a name tag button, please remember to wear it.  It makes it so much easier to get to know one another.  Put it with your bottle etc. right now. :)

Join us for a leisurely ride around the Glenmore Reservoir, followed up by a pizza social. 

Ride start time: 6:00pm

Pizza start time: 7:30 approx.

Required Items to Bring: A plate, cutlery and non-alcoholic BYOB (Water bottle) If you forget your water bottle, you will remain thirsty!  As part or our effort to reduce non-compostables, such as single-use plastic bottles of water, pop, juice etc., beverages will NOT be provided. There is a water tap at the sight.

Everyone is welcome, but we ask that you please sign up if you plan to attend, so we know how much pizza to order.

Cyclists: meet at North Glenmore Park at 6 pm to ride around the reservoir. We will be departing Parking lot J (which is across from Parking lot L) and riding clockwise.

Eaters, arrive around 7:30 pm for the pizza and socializing. Look for Snowy Owl' group picnic area and adjacent J OR L parking, both at the west end of N. Glenmore Park. 

Directions: Crowchild Tr. S OR 37 ST. SW into Glenmore Park
