Distance: 45 kms

Pace: 20-25 kms/hour

Cumulative Elevation Gain: ~430 meters with a few big hills

We will ride 45 kms from the Bragg Creek Community Centre to Elbow Falls, and back. Mostly downhill on the way back. The pace will be between 20 to 25 kms/hour, and we will regroup a couple of times each way.

Lunch at Cinnamon Spoon after the ride for anyone interested.

All riders must have a well maintained road bike, spare tube and helmet.
