Lunch stop: Coffee Traders, 114 2 Ave W, Cochrane

Lower Springbank/Cochrane/Big Hill Springs

From Westside King's Church in Calgary, gradual up on Lower Springbank road, up to Cochrane on 22, lunch in Coffee Traders, Cochrane, up the Cochrane hill to Big Hill Springs Road and back home via 22.

Note even though there is a shoulder on Big Hill Springs Road and Hwy 22, sometimes these roads have more traffic than usual. Other roads are peaceful and quiet.

We will regroup at Coffee Traders for lunch. There will be no sweep on this ride. Please be prepared, bring the rain gear, snacks, hydration and a smile.
