Join us for a mountain bike ride from the Spray River Trailhead parking lot to just below the Goat Creek parking lot. Return on the same trail.  Trail is largely double track narrowing over the last 10 km.  Lunch at the high point after 19 km of cycling. Bring a lunch, helmet, water, bear spray, small tool kit and spare tube and mountain bike in good working order.
